As an OTB Cashier, you will provide friendly and efficient service to our guests while processing horse-racing wagers, balancing your float, operating specialized betting terminals, and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication and customer service skills, and be able to work independently with limited supervision. Previous experience with horse racing and Off-Track Betting is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Process horse-racing bets using specialized betting terminals.
• Maintain and balance cash float accurately.
• Operate and perform basic troubleshooting of betting terminals and related equipment.
